Last September I was honored to photograph The Mill House Maui Tropical Plantation: It's grounds, food and drink. Establishments like the Mill House are turning Maui into a culinary destination. The Mill House prides itself on farm-to-table dining and it was a thrill to photograph food that incorporated beautiful indigenous ingredients. The working plantation offers tram tours so guests can experience a true connection to the well-crafted dishes they'll later experience at the on-site restaurant.Â
